Graham spent part of last season on loan at Leeds and was signed from Reading by Mick McCarthy as cover when Matt Murray was ruled out for most of the season with a cruciate knee ligament injury.
He launched his career at Arsenal, where one of his handful of first-team appearances came against Wolves in a Carling Cup tie at Highbury in 2003/04.
Loan spells at Beveren, Millwall and Reading followed before he joined the Royals permanently in the summer of 2006.
He has found it difficult to displace Marcus Hahnemann, though, at the Madejski Stadium and had slipped to third choice when Wolves stepped in for him on an initial one-month loan just before the start of this season.
The loan was extended through until the end of the current campaign.
