Henry Set For Bow
Karl Henry is looking forward to getting his pre-season action officially up and running tonight after missing Saturday's friendly with Wrexham due to a minor heel injury.
The midfielder missed out as a precaution at the Racecourse Ground but will now feature at
"I was wearing some new boots which aggravated a minor problem with my heel," revealed Karl.
"I've managed to overcome it now and have had to massacre a pair of boots in the process!
"I'm fine now, and hoping to be involved tonight if selected."
Having been beaten at Wrexham on Saturday Wolves are primed for another tough encounter at the League One newcomers still managed of course by former Molineux boss Graham Turner.
But Karl admits that it always takes time for a team to rediscover their touch during pre-season.
"I think all the lads have said so far how fit everyone has been coming back," he insisted.
"We've been doing a lot of running and now the balls are coming out again it's understandable people are a bit rusty.
"There's always a danger in pre-season, especially after everyone's been watching the European Championships, that everyone comes back and just wants to pass, pass, pass.
"But it's all about fitness at this stage, and this will be another real test against a team wanting to impress and show what they are all about.
"These games are just about building up to making sure we are right heading into the new season, and for me personally it will be nice to get going with my first game and take it from there."
