Steve Morgan has today sent a clear 'not for sale' message to any clubs looking to bid for Wolves' best young players in the summer.

The Chairman insists that regardless of which league Wolves are in next season, the club will be strengthening the squad and not selling any of its young stars.

He says: "I am aware that some Premiership clubs have been watching our players. It's inevitable that when you've got an exciting young squad, they'll be linked with other clubs. However, I want to set our fans' minds at rest and send out a message in the strongest possible terms to other clubs - our best young players are not for sale.

"They are happy here at Wolves and we are building something very special for the future. End of story.

"We are an ambitious club with strong finances and most certainly we will be strengthening the squad during the summer.

"We have a young team that we believe has very exciting times ahead of it. We won't allow anything to disrupt that progress.

"We've got two more league games ahead of us. I know that our fans will be getting right behind the team.

"Their vocal support provides great encouragement to the players and will play a very important part over the next two matches and hopefully beyond if we make the play offs."
