Not Much In It
Andy Keogh believes Wolves were close to matching Championship leaders Albion in last night's exciting Black Country derby at Molineux.
The striker had few chances to add to his spring-time run of goals but was not disheartened by the side's performance in front of a sell-out crowd.
"I don't think there was much in the game," he said. "We're not happy with their goal, to be honest. It was a good cross and a good finish but it came from a straight ball over the top. Maybe it was a lack of concentration.
"Their keeper has made some good saves and we had some good chances but we just couldn't find that goal and everything was getting cleared out of their box.
"We just didn't seem to have that finishing touch that we've had in previous games.
"The next four games are massive now, starting with Saturday.
"We just need to get this disappointment over with and focus on Ipswich because that's an important game and they are a team around us in the table. It's up to us to do the business.
"People might think 'same old' with us talking about it being there for us still but it is.
"We shouldn't be disheartened because this was a good performance and we gave everything but just didn't get that lucky break.
"It was solid from them but disappointing from us and you just feel that little bit more sick because it was a local derby."
Three of Wolves' remaining four matches are at home, with Cardiff and Plymouth also still to visit Molineux, and the striker thinks the race is far from over.
"Anything can happen for the play-offs," he added. "It's still wide open.
"The fans were brilliant and it was a great atmosphere, hopefully they will take a bit of heart from our performance."
