We Stuck At It
Kevin Foley was a happy man after he had followed up celebrating Neill Collins' late winner over Coventry by collecting the Man of the Match award.
The full-back felt that the win owed much to the fact that the team stuck to the task and refused to give up, and he was also mindful of the part played by the crowd.
He said: "The fans here are superb - they stuck with us right up until the goal was scored.
"Home or away, they give us tremendous backing and I'm really pleased that we could send them home happy today.
"It is the best feeling in the world to score right at the end when they (the opposition) have no chance at hitting back at you.
"We were all pleased for Neill as well because he does that week in, week out in training."
Of his Man of the Match award, he added: "I'm chuffed that I was picked out but the whole team played well.
"We stuck at it and didn't give up and in the end we got our reward. And, of course, there was the bonus of another clean sheet.
"This has been a dream move for me. I've settled in very easily and I can't think of a better set of lads to be involved with."
