Wolves 2 (Henry 36, Craddock 90)
Norwich City 2 (Earnshaw 10, 77)
It took an injury time volley from Jody Craddock to salvage a point for Wolves after the Molineux side had dominated the second-half against Norwich City but fallen behind to Rob Earnshaw's second goal of the game with 13 minutes remaining.
Earnshaw had fired the Canaries into an early lead which was cancelled out by Karl Henry who netted his first goal for the club since his summer transfer from Stoke.
Mick McCarty planned to make just one change to the team that started at QPR, with Henry available again after suspension in place of Darren Potter who took a place on the bench.
But Jay Bothroyd was injured in the pre-match warm up and Leon Clarke was drafted into the team.
Wolves kicked-off attacking the South Bank end of the ground but the Canaries enjoyed much of the opening possession and they moved into a tenth minute lead when Earnshaw flicked the ball past Matt Murray after Dion Dublin had helped on a centre from Lee Croft.
Henry was fouled by former Molineux midfielder Carl Robinson who was yellow carded but Michael Kightly's free-kick from 25-yards out curled over the bar.
Kightly, who was in the thick of things on his home debut, then cut in from the right before drilling a shot over the far angle of post and bar.
City keeper Paul Gallacher had to punch clear a Michael McIndoe free-kick from the left of the visitors area, then Gary Doherty headed wide after a Robinson corner.
Earnshaw nearly grabbed a second in the 22nd minute when he hit a shot that struck the top of the crossbar before bouncing to safety.
Wolves almost drew level in the 28th minute after Earnshaw had fouled Kightly in the home half of the pitch. Jackie McNamara lofted the free-kick into the City area and, with Gallacher off his line and stranded, Craddock headed narrowly wide.
The pressure was mounting on the Norwich goal and Henry was not far away with a shot from 20-yards. Darren Huckerby was booked for fouling Mark Little before Wolves drew level in the 32nd minute.
McIndoe, who had moved over to the right wing, crossed and when Kightly's shot was blocked the ball bounced to Henry and, from just inside the box, he fired into the net.
Clarke almost headed his side into the lead four minutes later after a McIndoe centre, but the ball flew inches wide.
In stoppage time Kightly was booked for a challenge on Adam Drury.

McNamara was the next to go in the book, following a tackle on Huckerby shortly after the restart.
A piece of nifty footwork by Craig Davies released Clarke on the left and his cross was collected by Kightly who flashed a shot narrowly wide of the far post.
By now Wolves were well on top and a surging run by McIndoe ended with a shot from 20-yards that was just too high. Then Gary Breen tried his luck with a flicked header that was wide after another cross from Kightly.
Dublin went into the book for a shove on McNamara and then Doherty had to turn the ball over his own bar after Little and Kightly had combined on the right.
Drury's challenge on Seyi Olofinjana earned the City man a yellow card before Kightly chipped a shot wide after a Little lay-off.
Dublin netted with a volley only to turn and see that the offside flag had been raised, but there was no such luck for Wolves in the 77th minute when Earnshaw restored the Canaries lead.
Huckerby's cross was knocked on by Dublin to Earnshaw who athletically hooked the ball home. After Wolves had dominated so much of the half, it was a bitter pill for the home support to have to swallow.
But, three minutes into stoppage time, Craddock salvaged a point with yet another tremendous strike. The skipper met Little's cross on the volley to beat Gallagher and give Wanderers a point which was the very least they deserved. It was Craddock's fourth goal of the campaign.
