Brighton and Hove Albion 1 (Frutos 40)
Wolves 1 (Cameron 82)
Wolves hit back to take a point from their game at Brighton thanks to a late goal from substitute Colin Cameron after Alexandre Frutos had opened the scoring for the home side five minutes before the break.
Michael Oakes missed his first League game of the season following the ankle injury he suffered at Watford - Stefan Postma, on loan from Aston Villa, deputised.
The other two changes to the team that lost at Vicarage Road saw Seyi Olofinjana and Vio Ganea replacing the injured Gabor Gyepes and Kenny Miller. Included on the bench were Matt Murray, following his long lay-off, and Lewis Gobern - a product of the club's youth system.
Wolves, attacking the end of the ground that housed over 700 away fans, wore their all black strip for the game.
Sebastien Carole tested Postma with a low first-time shot with the game's first attempt at goal.
A driven cross from Lee Naylor found Darren Anderton who turned and drilled in a shot that was blocked by home keeper Wayne Henderson. Olofinjana latched on to the loose ball but his effort hit a defender and went behind for what was an unproductive corner.
Naylor conceded a foul on Frutos near the right-hand corner flag but Joleon Lescott was there to head clear when the Frenchman took the free-kick himself.
Mark Kennedy was off target with a shot on the run and Carole was wide at the other end just a few moments later.
Leon Clarke and Paul McShane went into the book following a bout of pushing and shoving after the pair had tangled on the floor near the Brighton by-line.
On the half-hour, Carole cut into the box and beat Naylor before hitting an angled shot that was beaten away by Postma. The keeper then produced a fine save to tip over a piledriver from Colin Kazim-Richards who had latched on to Jody Craddock's misplaced clearance.
But five minutes before the break Postma was beaten after the defence failed to clear a Brighton attack and Frutos netted with a shot that squirmed under the keeper's body at the near post.
Tom Huddlestone went into the book for a late challenge on Kazim-Richards three minutes later.
Half-Time: Brighton 1 Wolves 0
Cameron came out in place of Anderton for the restart and within a minute the midfielder was too high with a 25-yard drive.
Dean Hammond fired over Postma's goal from a similar distance and then a well-struck effort from Kennedy bounced clear off a defender.
Clarke prodded a Naylor cross narrowly wide before Craddock was just off target when he ran to meet a Naylor corner at the near post.
Postma made a great save to keep out Hammond's drive after the Brighton man had played a one-two with Frutos before Seol was sent on in place of Olofinjana.
Postma made another good stop, this time from Carole who had burst through into the left of the box.
It looked as if Seol had levelled matters when he cut in from the right and sidestepped a defender before hitting a shot that went just the wrong side of the far post.
Then a low centre from the Korean was cleverly backheeled by Clarke but Henderson had his goal covered as the ball flew wide.
Naylor was the next to have an attempt at goal as Wolves enjoyed their best spell of the game. But Henderson dived to smother the defender's shot.
Wolves finally drew level in the 82nd minute. Clarke hit a low cross from the left that ran through to Ganea whose shot hit Henderson's head and bounced onto the inside of the post.
The ball then ricocheted onto the underside of the bar before it dropped to Cameron who swivelled and fired home from close quarters to earn Wolves a point.
